EVERYTHING ABOUT JESUS IS EXCLUSIVE – PERIOD

He is in charge

May 9, 2025

 The scriptures make it clear that Jesus sets the commands He sets, the way people accept the gift of salvation, and the conditions surrounding the acceptance are exclusive. There is no way around them. He states you can’t alter or change them, and things must be done His way, or serious consequences will follow.

There are seven times Jesus states “I am” in the scriptures. (1) I am the bread of life, (2) light of the world, (3) the door, (4) good Shepherd, (5) resurrection and the life, (6) the vine, (7) and most importantly Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” -John 14:6, Jesus our ONLY source of salvation.

If that is not enough proof that Jesus is serious about us obeying His commands and His requests to receive salvation, He also states the following;

John 14:15: “If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

John 3:3: Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

Romans 12:2; And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

1 John 4:1: “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.”

Ephesians 5:11-12: “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.”

Along with Acts 4:12, 1 John 2:4, Matthew 7:21-23, Matthew 7:13-14, Hebrews 5:9, and the greatest commandment, Matthew 22:37-39, Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.

Some scriptures that show how God is exclusive;

Matthew 19:4-6: “Haven’t you read,” Jesus replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’

Genesis 2:24: “Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.”

Exodus 20:3: “thou shall have no other gods before me.”

John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”

Acts 4:1: And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

1 Timothy 2:5: “For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.”

Acts 5:29: “But Peter and the apostles answered, ‘We must obey God rather than men.”

Scripture speaks for itself. Yes, God created all of us, and He (1 Timothy 2:4) “Who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth” wants all to come and be His Children, but they will not.  John 1:12 tells us, “But to all who did receive Him, who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.” Christianity is exclusive; all creation and humanity are His, and He has the right and the power to set the standards.

All-inclusive faiths, we all believe in the same god, in the end love will prevail, and so on, are words for the universalists that ring hollow.  There is only one God, and He is exclusive. If only they would remove the scales from their eyes!
